    48-Channel Fully Automatic Data Acquisition and Cyclic Aging System
    With up to 48-channel data acquisition and power cycling (on-off cycles), this system simulates the performance of self-regulating heating cables under current surges. It enables rapid, parallel comparison of market products' long-term lifespan under identical conditions, offering strong technical support for R&D and production.
    Multi-function Power Detection Instrument
    Capable of performing start-up current, steady-state current, and rated power tests within a temperature range of -40°C to 200°C, it records experimental data in real-time during the testing process and independently completes the plotting of temperature curves.
    Thermal stability tester
    A 12-channel automatic data acquisition cyclic aging system uses high and low-temperature electrical cycling to test self-regulating heating cables. It simulates temperature shock conditions, meets IEEE 515 standards, and can perform up to 1500 cycles to evaluate long-term lifespan. This supports R&D and production.
    Salt spray tester
    By simulating the destructive effects of the marine climate, the reliability of the product in a salt fog environment is evaluated.
